"how's everything at work?" imagine me saying that in a deep baritone voice. because all grown ups sound like men. riight. hahahaha.. i'm going crazy. :) anyways.. yes. i'm going to a barbecue at my aunt's house this weekend and then i'm going to stay there until i leave. she ordered the amelie dvd and she said it'd be there(!!!!) i really want to see it. speaking of foreign films.. i watched this british movie called greenfingers last last night. clive owen (aka bmw commercial guy) is in it. it was pretty good.. it's based on a true story, apparently, about these guys in a prison that become award-winning gardeners. not exactly edge-of-your-seat thrills, but it has a love story. :) ah, romance. wonderful stuff.
aah, you're leaving so soon, connie! wow. don't be scared though. and always overpack... that is my traveling motto. okay, not really, but it's better than forgetting to bring stuff. although.. that does give you the excuse to buy more things. but then you might run out of money. hmm. quite the predicament. hehe. :)

waaaah.. i'm coming back in approximately nine days. i just remembered that randomly. and that means that summer is almost over. (!!!!!) very, very upsetting indeed.
hey, i saw goldmember on saturday. i was sitting next to this random guy who was laughing ten times harder than i was at every joke.. it was fun. i love watching funny movies in the theaters or with a lot of people. you're laughing, they're laughing, everybody's laughing. everything just seems ludicrous. (i had to use that word) :o)

i'm at work now. and i feel like i need to redo some of the graphics on this page. this is so bad. i'm getting so obsessive over this designing thing. =P gosh, that square root animation is really annoying me right now. the leaves look horrible. and.. ok. i'm not really working all too effectively right now. at least it's my lunch break.

i hope you get better soon, connie. a friend of mine once popped her jaw. you know that game where you spin around with a baseball bat and then race? yeah, she was playing that with someone for a donut. so she span (spinned?) around and around ("like ten times") and when she started to run, she fell flat on her face and popped her jaw. she has never lived it down.. haha. but i think a basketball injury is much more glamorous. compared to a racing-for-a-donut injury, anyway.
ah, i have heard of this "dance dance revolution" you speak of. apparently, it is quite the phenomenon in japan. have you ever seen the HUGE dance dance machines in the arcades?? they have HUGE dance dance machines in arcades. i saw this guy once who was super-good and he was schooling the machine. schooling it. taking it to school!!! yeah!!! haha. it seemed like a fun game. :)

i've been feeling extraordinarily out of shape recently. ugh. i need to go running or something. i'm so scared that i'll die of out-of-shape-ness when i go to field hockey camp. aaaaaaahhhhh. i'll pass out on the first run or something. and i've been eating so much lately! being on vacation is NOT helping. when did i become so obsessed, anyway? i used to not care. bleh. it must be one of the stupid parts of being a girl. or a boy. boys obsess about these things, too, i think. some boys. haha. oh well. :o)
